Tai Chi Relaxation is a sport that relaxes the whole body with slow movements while focusing on specific pressure points on the body, and ends with meditation to relax the mind.

Wouldn't you like to become as soft and supple as a baby?

Since ancient times, Oriental Medicine has placed emphasis on pressure points that activate the internal organs and the flow of energy throughout the body.

When your body relaxes, your mind relaxes too.

Why not create a self that doesn't feel anxiety or stress,

and doesn't collapse even when a gust of wind blows?

Your future will start to flow smoothly and comfortably.

There is no need to change clothes. Beginners are welcome.
