Welcome to Jing Tai Chi, a dynamic and graceful form of Tai Chi that blends ancient martial arts tradition with the skill of finding inner harmony and balance.

Tai Chi is an effective exercise for the health of the mind and body.

Jing Tai Chi is a system of movements that engages your mindfulness while conveying vitality and the flow of vibrant life force.

The founder of this practice is Li Jing, a world-renowned educator, leader, and former Tai Chi Gold-medal champion. Teacher Jing offers workshops around the world but is now happy to provide this program online.

Jing means tranquility, purity, respect, essence and peace. Jing Tai Chi is imbued with these attributes, in contrast to some traditional “defense-oriented” martial arts.
