Flow. Inner Strength. Balance.

Introducing Tai Chi Relaxation, taught by Tai Chi champion and a world-renowned educator, Teacher Jing.

Tai Chi Relaxation is a system of graceful, slow movements, with its roots in ancient traditions.

On the outside, it may look like slow dancing or exercise, but Tai Chi Relaxation is more of an internal practice.

The slow, graceful movements, along with controlled breathing, cultivate an integration between you, your body and your environment.

Tai Chi Relaxation is fun to practice, but is very much a practical tool to improve everyday life. Increase your energy, focus, and joy as you Integrate your mind and body through simple movements. Become one with the elements and your environment.

The goal of the Tai Chi Relaxation is to firmly root yourself in the harmony gained during practice, so that life’s ups and downs don’t shatter your inner calm.

Nurture Yourself.

Everyone has a connection with their own vital life force. It is the same life force that nourishes all things—the birds, the trees, the planets. Through regular practice , you can cleanse blockages that can hinder connection to your “jing,” or essence. In this way, Tai Chi Relaxation is an elixir for longevity and health; it is also a refuge for the weary heart and mind.

Explore Your Strengths.

To know yourself well, the heart must be calm and the mind clear. Life asks a lot of us—and we can be pulled in too many directions. We may be occupied with so many tasks, concerns and distractions that we cannot connect with our own depth. Through regular practice of Tai Chi Relaxation you can find the clarity and equanimity to bring forth your gifts.

Find Balance with Jing Tai Chi

Find Balance.

In a world that requires more and more of us, taking time to find a center is essential. Ancient traditions teach us that challenges and conflict are part of the dance of life.

How we manage the opposing forces of life is a skill. Tai Chi Relaxation is a method immersed in the understanding that yin and yang—the natural opposing energies that govern all of creation—are something we can align ourselves with.

Through the practice, experience the balance of yin—stillness—and yang—movement. Then carry that equanimity into daily life.

Build fluidity with Jing Tai Chi.

Become More Fluid.

The ability to be flexible means nothing can break you. You learn to go with the flow, but not in a passive “nothing matters” way. Not at all.

Imagine you are on a paddle board. Sometimes the water is calm and sometimes the waves rise. What if a rogue wave comes your way? To ride the waves well, you have to let go. This kind of letting go—riding the waves of life—can take training.

Tai Chi Relaxation trains you to be fluid—to develop an ease that helps you ride the waves in your life.
